We are looking for a community leader to fill the role of our program/event director. This is a relationship building role and we are looking for someone who will creatively inspire engagement in our community. This is a volunteer position, possible contract opportunities in the future.
责任
Build relationships with members and organizations in the community, engage volunteers, donors, and leaders for the organization
Serve as the visionary/thought leader for programs and events
Create opportunities and strategically conceptualizing new programs that meet the needs of the community
Oversee delivery of virtual and live events in coordination with the executive director
Provide team support and communicate effectively with team members
Always be thoughtful of our mission and the vision that goes into everything that we do

Kids Culture is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to celebrating neurodiversity and promoting kindness, diversity, inclusion, and safety in our community to help create opportunities for individuals with special needs and their families.
Our events and programs focus on the unique abilities of members of our community to create a diverse and inclusive experience that welcomes everyone.
In addition to our events and programs we also want to be a resource for our community. Applied Behavior Analysis is a therapy that is primarily used for Autism to promote independence and teach skills with meaningful outcomes. We believe that knowledge is the key for a strong foundation for families receiving ABA services which is why we offer support, information, and resources for individuals or stakeholders receiving ABA therapy.
